About Tuun
Tuun is for the in-between — the people who look fine on the outside and feel collapsed on the inside. The ones who've done therapy, tried the productivity stack, watched the somatic content, read the books, and are still quietly stuck. The frames the world handed them — depression, burnout, laziness — never quite fit. So we built one that does.
Tuun isn't a meditation app, a productivity system, or a course. It's a daily plan, calibrated to where you actually are, that takes five to seven minutes a day. One small, structured move — even on the days nothing else moves. Not a guru on a stage. Not a thirty-day cleanse. The kind of slow, structural change that doesn't ask you to perform.
We believe wellbeing isn't loud. The loudest part of feeling off is how quiet it actually is — the closed laptop, the email you didn't send, the friend you didn't text back. So Tuun is quiet too. Built around a single belief: that the way back is small, structured, daily, and yours.
