Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy explains how Tuun’s plans, billing, auto-renewal, cancellation, and refunds work. It applies to every paid plan you purchase from Tuun and forms part of our Terms of Service. Tuun is operated by Radiant Technologies L.L.C-FZ.

1. Plans

We currently offer three plans:

  • Annual — billed yearly, equivalent to $13/month, charged as one payment of $156 per year.
  • Monthly$19/month, billed every month.
  • Lifetime — a one-time payment of $249, granting access to Tuun for as long as the Service is offered.

Prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of any applicable taxes (e.g., VAT, GST, sales tax) which are added at checkout where required by law. Price points may be adjusted from time to time; the price shown to you at checkout is the price you pay for that purchase term.

2. How billing works

When you subscribe, you authorize Tuun and its payment processor (currently Stripe; if you purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play, those platforms instead) to charge your selected payment method for the subscription fee, plus any applicable tax, on the cadence shown at checkout.

Auto-renewal. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate, unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will send a renewal reminder by email before each annual renewal where required by law.

Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge or pause access to the Service until payment is received. We will notify you by email when this happens.

Receipts. A receipt is sent to the email on your account after each successful charge.

3. How to cancel

You can cancel any subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then, and you won’t be charged again.

Cancel directly with Tuun. Sign in at app.usetuun.com, open your account settings, and select Cancel subscription. The cancellation is effective immediately for renewal purposes.

Cancel via Apple App Store. If you subscribed through Apple, manage and cancel via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.

Cancel via Google Play. If you subscribed through Google, manage and cancel via the Google Play subscriptions page.

Cancel by email. You can also email hello@usetuun.com from the email on your account asking us to cancel; we’ll process it within one business day.

You don’t need to give a reason, talk to a human, or fill out a survey. Cancellation is the same number of clicks as signup.

4. Refunds

General policy. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as set out below. When you cancel a monthly or annual plan, you keep access through the end of the period you’ve already paid for; we don’t pro-rate refunds for partially-used periods.

EU / UK 14-day right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of purchase, unless you have begun to use the Service during that 14-day window — in which case, by starting use, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal for the consumed portion. To exercise the right of withdrawal, email hello@usetuun.com within 14 days of purchase.

Lifetime plans. Lifetime purchases may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if you have not made substantial use of the Service. After 7 days, lifetime purchases are non-refundable.

App-store purchases. If you bought a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. We can’t issue refunds for app-store purchases directly.

Discretionary refunds. Outside the cases above, we may issue a refund at our discretion if circumstances warrant — e.g., duplicate charges, billing errors, or extended outages.

5. Free trials and promotions

If your plan includes a free trial, you’ll be told the length and terms of the trial at checkout. Your subscription auto-converts to a paid plan at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial ends. A reminder is sent by email before conversion where required by law.

Promotional pricing applies for the term stated at checkout; subsequent renewals are at the standard rate unless we say otherwise.

6. Changes to plans and prices

We may add, remove, or change plans, features, and prices at any time. If we change the price of an active subscription, we will notify you in advance and the change will take effect at your next renewal — never retroactively. You may cancel before the change takes effect if you don’t want to continue at the new price.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, violation of the Terms, suspected fraud, or as required by law. If we terminate your subscription for cause, you may not be entitled to a refund.
